We offer safe, culturally competent, and inclusive services across Havering, Barking & Dagenham, and Essex to help you break the cycle of abuse, heal without judgment, and rebuild a life of lasting independence.
Safe Accommodation & Care Navigation
We provide access to short-term, safe accommodation for individuals and families in crisis while statutory housing pathways are secured. Because navigating the system can be overwhelming, our dedicated caseworkers provide expert advocacy, referral, and navigation across housing, health, welfare, and legal services. We work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure you are fully supported throughout your transition to a secure and independent life.

Holistic Empowerment & Skills Pathways
Every survivor’s journey is unique. We move beyond short-term intervention to offer sustainable recovery programs tailored to your needs, including fully accessible support and reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent individuals. Our comprehensive support areas include:
- Therapeutic Counselling: Specialist face-to-face and online trauma-informed therapy to support emotional recovery.
- Faith-Sensitive Support: Safe environments to discuss abuse free from cultural stigma or spiritual judgment.
- Confidence & Parenting: Workshops to rebuild self-esteem, social connections, and provide parenting support where children are affected.
- Education & Employability: Access to accredited learning pathways, skills development, and financial independence programs.
Immediate Support & Specialist Advocacy
Taking the first step is the hardest, but you do not have to do it alone. We act as your first point of contact for confidential listening, emotional support, and immediate risk assessment. Led by professionals with over 30 years of safeguarding experience, we provide specialist casework support that prioritizes your safety. Whether you need immediate advice, safeguarding referrals, or someone who truly understands your cultural background, we are here to listen.
